January 2010
Hopes—Meet Ringo Starr or Paul McCartney (yeah, right :p), the snow will melt and it will warm up a little bit so I can take pictures again, get my GPA up to 3.0 (or close to it), get a high C in math (this is probably another “yeah, right”).
Dreams—Erm, none that I could possibly achieve in just a year.
Plans—Ringo Starr concert in July!

It’s only been a month in the year so I’ll just write what’s happen this month. In the first two weeks of this month I finished up the first semester of school and did very well (except in Spanish and gym which were D’s, but really how do you do gym class in home schooling?). I got off a week after that semester ended for career week (which we do like nothing for so it’s...
One of my favorite songs. :)
"I know what I was missing But now my eyes can see I put myself in your place As you did for me Today I love you more than yesterday Right now I love you more right now Now I know what's coming down I can feel where it's coming from And I know it's getting better all the time As we share in each other's minds" --"I Know (I Know)" by John Lennon

I’m too lazy to go into “great” detail of this month so I’ll just do the key events. Skipped a day because the week wasn’t over (well still isn’t but I pretty well know what I’m doing tomorrow). Monday—new school semester started. Did all my work, my mum called my adviser, watched some television, made dinner, read, then watched “The US vs. John Lennon”. On Tuesday, well I wrote that day in detail for one of these so I won’t talk about...
“An artist’s only concern is to shoot for some kind of perfection, and on his own terms, not anyone else’s.” —J.D. Salinger.
RIP, he’s one of my favorite authors. :(
A Day in the Life of a Home Schooler
I was woken up by my dad, which I like because when my mother does it she leaves my door open and I have to get up to shut it again. I turned on the computer (home schooled) and went out of my bedroom to use the restroom and check if our modem was on. My mum wasn’t home because she had some appointment. I walked back to my room and locked the door behind...

Chocolate Chip Cookies
• 3/4 cup sugar • 3/4 cup packed brown sugar • 1 cup butter, softened • 2 large eggs • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour • 1 teaspoon baking soda • 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
I’ve basically memorized this recipe I’ve made chocolate chip cookies for my little brother so many times. You mix all the ingredients in one bowl, and once it’s...
Writing is a talent of mine. Except I have writer’s block at the moment so it hasn’t been a consistent talent lately.

This is one I wrote, it’s Beatles slash so don’t read it if you’re not into sexual content and all that stuff. :p
